The hidden cost
How Much Time Is Your Business Losing?
None of these feel like a big deal on any single day. Added up over a year, they're hours of skilled people's time, plus the customers who quietly went somewhere else.
Leads wait too long
A homeowner fills out your form at 7:40pm. Nobody sees it until morning. By then they've already booked someone who answered first.
Typing the same details twice
A name, phone and address get copied from an email into the CRM, then into the scheduling tool, then into an invoice. Every copy is a chance for a typo.
Follow-ups that never happen
The quote went out Tuesday. Nobody remembered to check in Friday. The job goes to whoever followed up.
An inbox full of routine questions
"Do you service my area?" "What are your hours?" "Did you get my photos?" Someone answers the same questions all day.
Scheduling back-and-forth
Four emails to find one time that works, then a reminder nobody sends, then a no-show.
Software that doesn't talk
Your forms, email, calendar, CRM and spreadsheets each hold part of the picture. People are the glue between them.
Reports built by hand
Every Monday someone spends an hour pulling numbers into a spreadsheet just to see how last week went.

How it works
Four steps, and you see each one
We find the work slowing your business down and build smarter systems to handle it.
- 01
Discover
We find where your team spends time on work a system could handle: what comes in, who touches it, and where it stalls.
- 02
Design
We map the process and decide which steps to automate, which stay human, and how you'll approve anything that matters.
- 03
Build
We implement and test the workflow with your existing tools, using official integrations, and show it working before it goes live.
- 04
Improve
We monitor every run, fix problems, and refine the system against the baseline we measured at the start.
Why RebuildAnswers
Practical automation, not an AI science project
Built around how you actually work
We map your real process before touching software, so the automation fits your business instead of the other way around.
A person approves what matters
Customer-facing messages and important changes can wait for your OK. You decide where the line is.
You can see what it's doing
Every run is logged: what came in, what the system did, and what it sent. Nothing happens in a black box.
Uses the tools you already have
We connect to your existing email, calendar, CRM and forms where they support it, instead of making you switch.
Built in pieces
Start with one workflow. Add the next only when the first one has earned it.
Measured against your baseline
We record how long a task takes before automation, so improvement is a number you can check, not a feeling.
Trust, before testimonials
We're new, and we'd rather show you than tell you
RebuildAnswers is a young company, so you won't find made-up logos or five-star quotes here. What you'll get instead is a working demonstration on the first call, a fixed price before work starts, and these commitments in writing.
Our commitments
- We'll never send a message to your customers that you haven't approved, unless you've explicitly told us to.
- We'll tell you plainly when something shouldn't be automated.
- We'll quote a fixed setup price before any work starts.
- You own your data and can revoke our access at any time.
FAQ
Straight answers
Don't see your question? Ask it in the assessment or on a call.
What is business automation?
It's using software to handle repetitive steps in your work, like replying to new inquiries, moving information between systems, sending reminders or building reports, so they happen reliably without someone doing them by hand. AI helps with the parts that involve reading and writing, like understanding an inquiry or drafting a reply.
Do I need technical experience?
No. We handle the technical side. You tell us how your business works and approve what gets built. Day to day, you'll see plain-language notifications and approval requests, not code.
Can you work with my current software?
Usually, yes. We connect to tools like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber and Google Sheets through their official integrations. If a tool doesn't allow that, we'll say so and suggest a workaround or alternative.
Will AI replace my employees?
That's not the goal. Automation takes over the repetitive parts of a job so your people can spend more time with customers and on decisions that need judgment. Those decisions stay with people.
Do you build websites?
Yes. We build fast, mobile-first websites for small and mid-sized businesses, and every form on them is connected to your lead workflow from day one. If your current site works, we can connect it as it is instead of replacing it. Either way, you own your domain and your site.
How long does implementation take?
A single, well-defined workflow typically takes two to four weeks from approval to launch, including testing. Work that connects several systems takes longer. You'll get a timeline before anything starts.
How much does automation cost?
It depends on the workflow. After a free assessment, you get a fixed setup price and a monthly price for monitoring and support, before any work starts.
What happens if an automation fails?
It stops and alerts us instead of guessing. Every run is logged. Steps that are safe to retry are retried, and anything else is queued for a person. We'll tell you what happened and what we changed.
Can a human approve actions?
Yes. Approval is built in. Customer-facing messages and important changes can wait for your OK, and you can edit a draft before approving it. You decide which steps need approval.
Is my business information secure?
We use official integrations, never shared passwords, give each workflow access only to what it needs, and encrypt data in transit. You can revoke access at any time. We'll walk you through exactly what each workflow can see before it's built.
How do I get started?
Take the two-minute assessment or book a free consultation. We'll talk through how work flows in your business and suggest where automation would help first. You'll hear back within one business day.
